Supposedly start time for LEJOG is 1st June. Hmm.

Carol’s mum now stabilised in nursing home but in day 7 of “palliative care”, and Carol visiting 2 x /day. Start date may be delayed for obvious reasons as cannot possibly go away for 3 weeks with the situation as it is. Keep watching this space for update on when Day 1 is likely to be. Keeping the training going none the less and getting even fitter, though trying to stay focussed not easy. Thank you all for your ongoing support.
