A glorious cycling day. Prevailing wind behind us. Breakfast of cornflakes, muesli AND 2 slices of toast and marmalade. Nice man Colin at Lands end allied us to offload and set off WITHOUT paying the £7 parking fee .

Arrived – after a few hills, 1500 ml fluid with 4 scoops of energy powder , 1 honey bagel , 1 slice of malt loaf . Support team had a great day out at NT garden near Newquay.
