Wednesday 9 June. LEJOG D3, Exmoor .

Exmoor did not disappoint. Started off misty, rainy, hilly….. the middle bit was, errrr , hilly….. and the end was , you guessed it.

My breakfast vs Carol’s breakfast🤣🤣🤣

As ever, Hisham way in front up the hills – although to be fair I had to stop to take a photo ( below).

The support team were fantastic today, meeting us for lunch in Chittlehampton and supplying extra nourishment and fluids .

Beautiful countryside and vistas en route. Way too many hills that hit >20% incline, but we managed to get up them , not fall off, not get off to walk, not go backwards… not bad for a couple of old codgers. Thank you Servizibici for putting on that extra 34T cog at the back! ( Bicycle repair service based in Chandler’s Ford. Run by skilled bike lovers, for bike lovers. Can absolutely highly recommend . Tony does a superb job and gives excellent service and communication . servizibici@gmail.com)
